An Evening with
the Great Orators:
GREEK COMMUNITY
FACULTY FORUMS
Sorority and fraternity members select a topic of choice and gather at various chapter houses and campus locations to participate in "faculty forums" that include a brief program and Q&A with some of the university's finest faculty members. Several
“forums” will be held simultaneously on the designated evening to provide an experience of intellect and interaction with an outstanding faculty member who is an expert on an identified topic.
At each site, a reception will be held following the program to create an informal opportunity for students to interact with the faculty member and have continued conversation. Sororities and fraternities will host the venues and receptions to encourage interaction among the members of all the various Greek groups.
The forums are coordinated by
Leadership Development and Volunteerism along with assistance from identified representatives from the individual Greek Councils and a representative from each sorority and fraternity chapter (this may also be your Adopt-a-Prof student contact).
