-LEADERship Program
An 8-week journey into the "C's" of Social Change. The Social Change Model of Leadership Development emphasizes the need to understand self and others in an effort to create community change. Leadership is viewed as a process rather than as a position and the values of equity, social justice, self-knowledge, personal empowerment, collaboration, citizenship, and service are promoted.
Held Fall 2007: Sept. 25-Nov. 13, from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
